This obstacle was not insurmountable for the tech genius. In collaboration with West Coast Customs, a renowned tuning shop in Los Angeles, Zuckerberg gave the Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT SUV a complete makeover. The chassis was lengthened, electric sliding doors were added and the interior was redesigned. The result was the world’s first Porsche van.
Mark Zuckerberg gave his wife a crazy surprise
Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, sat on the agenda again with an extraordinary move. Learning that his wife Priscilla Chan wanted a new van, Zuckerberg preferred the luxury car brand Porsche instead of buying a classic van. However, there was a problem: Porsche did not have a van in its production line.
To create a harmonious couple with his wife, Zuckerberg ordered a Porsche GT3 Touring with manual transmission in the same color. Thus, two special gray Porsches were added to the couple’s garage.
Interestingly, Porsche has done something similar in the past. In 2020, the brand introduced a van concept called ‘Vision Renndienst’. This six-seater concept was designed in 2018 but never made it to the production line. Automotive experts agreed that Zuckerberg’s special order looks more impressive than Porsche’s official concept.
Zuckerberg’s passion for cars is not limited to this. In a video he recently shared on social media, he was looking for his parked car while promoting his new Ray-Ban Meta glasses. This video caught the attention of Brian Scotto, formerly of Hoonigan. Responding to Scotto’s comment, Zuckerberg said he usually drives a Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing, but he has other cars in his collection.
